NANA & PAPA'S VISIT April 07

The night Nana & Papa came in I was so icky.. my gums were hurting so much that the only thing that helped was a trip around the yard on my riding lawn mower. Thanks Nana.

We all went to the annual Hospice crawfish festival with our neighbors Petey, Galen and Mitzy. It was a lot of fun. Here is our fmaily photo with a nice big snake. (I asked the man when the snake ate last as I was a little worried with the baby so close.... and he said he wasn't sure... that smile I have is a "please don't eat my baby smile) After the fest we all went to the mexican place for margaritas... Nana was hiding... a little camera shy after her drinks..
Here Emma is already knowing the meaning of "CHARGE". And knows that it is better to take Dad's card rather than Mommy's.

The last two pictures are of me and my Nana & Papa... Unfortunately this first one was really dark and Mommy tried to clean it up.. but I am actually looking at the camera so Mommy thought it should be published.

My first time eating baby food - April 27th, 2007

Here I am just before Mommy started to feed me. I am all clean and anxiously awaiting my first taste of squash and rice cereal.... yummmmm

O.k. so maybe not so much "yum", but not too too bad...
This spoon thing is a little wierd...
I ended up wearing more of it on my mouth than in my mouth.

No matter how messy I get... I am always still absolutely adorable.

February 2007

Superbowl Sunday - February 4th, 2007. Me and Mommy are sporting our fanage knowing that we will probably be the only Bears Fans at this party we're heading out to. DA BEARS!!!!! You talking to me... What!? Its da bears all the way baby!!!! Already a diva and not even two months yet.
Sleeping the day away in my swing. Have to get rested up for the party I am throwing for mom at 2a.m.February 13, 2007 - Papa and I are knocked out from a long day of playing.

My daddy even ccame out to see me in the middle of his trip to San Diego.. He missed me a lot and needed a little Emmatime.
My cousin Cheyanne is a natural with me. She really loved holding me any chance she got.
Here I am with my cousin Tyler. He seemed to be at ease with me also. I like him.
Our trip to Arizona was a lot of fun. Seeing G.G. and all of the Andersons was great. Emma loved everyone and I think everyone fell in love with her.

January 2007

January 4th, 2007 - sleeping on Daddy's shoulder. January 4, 2007 - Daddy's favorite position.
January 5th, 2007 - Mommy and me (see we are both smiling despite how tired we both are) :)


January 18th, 2007 - this was the first time I smiled that wasn't related to gas... I was dreaming about those angels.

January 20th 2007 - If someone says I don't look like my Daddy - then they haven't seen this picture yet. January 24th, 2007 - Today I was smiling all day long.. it could be that my Mommy is my own personal clown who does all kinds of things to make me laugh....

A new year has come and we are loving the new addition to our family. She has completely stolen our hearts.
